CYN offers regular training courses at its Learning and Employment Center located in Phnom Penh. The courses offered so far focused on basic computer literacy as well as job-application training, administrative and secretarial skills, facilitation skills, proposal writing and youth leadership development. These training courses have proved to be popular as they provide students with skills needed to find employment in future. Especially poor students from rural areas who come to study at a university in Phnom Penh benefit from the courses.
